Bed is great. Delivery didn’t end up being to the correct room and some issues with their delivery partner, but Stewart at the sales team was understanding and certainly no complaints about the product.

We visited the store at 5 on a Thursday night and it looked closed. We called the number and Joanne answered. We explained we thought the store was open and traveled from Preston. She kindly opened up for us so we could have a look and helped us buy 2 amazing TV beds. Would highly recommend tv bed store! The Lyon storage tv bed is everything I wanted! Stewart went above and beyond after I had a problem with another company. He ensured I had my bed ASAP.
