    An amazing bed and amazing service!! I cannot recommend this bed and company enough. We had been let down by TVbed.co.uk they had taken 8 weeks to deliver a bed and when it did arrive it was the wrong colour with the wrong size mattress. So we quickly required a new bed, I found this bed with TVbedstore and they were able to deliver quickly, I’m so glad as the quality of this bed is unreal!!! Lee was great from start to finish and got a top quality mattress for a good price too!!!

    I was optimistic and hopeful ordering this bed though a little nervous ordering it sight unseen from a company we’d never used before. I don’t generally write reviews but I feel moved to on this occasion. This bed is a really solid, rigid piece with a quality feel and useful features. It came with very clear instructions and sensible packaging of parts making it easy to put together. It’s weight and solidity ensure there is no squeaking and the bed lift is a great feature. Although my heart sank when I discovered a niggling issue with the speakers, the follow up support was fantastic. During lockdown a technician drove across the country with the replacement part which he fitted and tested in short order with no fuss. I cannot overstate how happy I have been with the sales and aftercare service provided by tvbedstore.

    Wow! Brilliant customer service at all times! Had a slight issue with a headboard, was expecting a few days for it to get delivered (Stewart,Mark and Will were already ahead on the initial delivery) but it got re delivered the next morning! So ultimately i got the bed the day I was originally expecting it. Dont do much reviews but had to leave one for these guys. Always willing to help and should there be the slightest inconvenience Stewart is always on to resolve it as soon as he can. Working in retail and sales myself I know its easy when things go well but true customer service comes into play if theres ever a hiccup. Didnt understand how to operate the speakers. Stewart asked me to get in touch and resolved it within a couple of minutes! He knows his stuff.5 star service every day of the week. Literally. Cheers to the team at tv bed store ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Absolutely stunning this bed is we’ve recently decorated our bedroom and was looking for a new bed I came across this website wasn’t looking for a tv bed but I’m glad I’ve chosen this one like I said it’s stunning so easy to put together very solid and sturdy love all the features it has the the price we paid had a little issue with delivery but that was all sorted when I contacted Stewart we would recommend these guys and the company great service ??? ??

    Purchased this bed for my daughter for Xmas. They kept hold of it until a suitable delivery date for us, which was great as we had nowhere to hide it. Service from ordering to delivery was great. The bed was easy to put up, will need two people due to quality of bed. Was told to call if we needed any help with this. The bed itself is great, a really good solid bed. Great features. And it’s safe to say our daughter loves it.
