Love my tv bed, a lovely lady I think her name was Emma? I could be wrong. She was very helpful, she kept me updated and dealt with me ringing regularly 🤣. She even managed to get my delivery earlier than the original date which was even better. Thanks again, very happy

I reached out to inquire about a return, and while I understand there are policies, the customer service I received was quite rude and unhelpful. A more professional and respectful tone would have made a big difference. I ultimately decided not to return the product because of the poor service, which is disappointing Also I did say hi and said can I get a refund as bought wrong item …. Sorry for not saying please but I did say hi and to me the message was kind but getting a reply back saying is there a hello or please, To me that is rude. I wanted to return the item but was told that it will be around 12-14 pounds that would be deducted from the total amount I paid for…. Ridiculous the item wasn’t even used

We visited the store at 5 on a Thursday night and it looked closed. We called the number and Joanne answered. We explained we thought the store was open and traveled from Preston. She kindly opened up for us so we could have a look and helped us buy 2 amazing TV beds. Joanne is a great asset to the company and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality TV bed. Thanks for all your help. Andy and Melissa

Great customer service supporting a bed they didn’t even sell me. I received the spare parts literally next day even though I ordered late in the day. Brilliant friendly staff who helped me find the correct part and place the order.
